Reverse power and under voltage both are related with engine rpm variation. When engine rpm decrease, voltage also decrease caused under voltage. Also when rpm decrease frequency also decrease caused under frequency.

Under voltage also may arise if short circuit occurs in distribution line cause huge current flows through the short circuit point and large voltage drop in armature and found under voltage.
